FAQ

Where is DAVID HART made?

The collection is made when possible in the USA.  Certain items such as knitwear, sweaters, and some tailored items are made in Italy.  We source all of our raw materials such as fabrics, yarns, and hardware from mills and factories in the USA, Italy, United Kingdom, Japan, and Ireland.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.  Orders in the US typically arrive within 3-5 business days.  International orders can take up to 2 weeks.  We will always send tracking information when it is available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  We ship internationally to most countries.  If you are outside of the USA and having difficulty with the checkout process, please contact us at: info@davidhartnyc.com

Can I return or exchange my item?

We offer full refunds from items returned within 14 days of purchase in their original unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.  International shipping charges are non-refundable.  Size and color exchanges will be accommodated when in stock and when returned within 14 days of purchase.  Any items that fall outside of the return policy will be returned to the customer or a site credit will be issued.  Sale merchandise is final sale.  We do not offer price adjustments on previously ordered merchandise. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer custom suiting and tuxedo options?

We offer bespoke services for tailored clothing and formal wear.  The process takes 6-8 weeks and involves 2-3 in-person fittings.  Our tailoring shop is located in Brooklyn, New York; and at this time we are only able to accommodate clients that are able to attend fittings locally.  We require a 50% deposit on all bespoke tailoring services at the time of cloth selection, with the balance due upon completion.  For pricing inquiries and to schedule an appointment, please contact us at: info@davidhartnyc.com

Do you offer custom sweaters and knitwear?

At this time we do not offer a custom knitwear service.  If you are looking for a size that is not listed on our website, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What's my size?  How does DAVID HART fit?

Our clothing runs true to size and our fit is slim and modern (not skinny).  If you are unhappy with a size or fit, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size if available.
